The ideal time for offering Tahajjud prayer is after a person wakes up from sleep, during the last part of the night, which is considered the most rewarding. However, if waking up is difficult, it’s recommended to pray these Nafl Salah before going to bed.
Ishraq Time:
Salat al-Ishraq can be performed around 15 minutes after sunrise and lasts until just before midday, when the sun reaches its highest point. It’s preferable to offer this prayer early, right after the time begins.
Dhuha (Chasht) Time:
The timing for Salat al-Dhuha also starts approximately 15 minutes after sunrise and continues until before midday. Based on a Hadith, the optimal time to perform Dhuha is after one-fourth of the day has passed. This means calculating the day from sunrise to sunset, dividing it into four parts, and performing the prayer after the first quarter.
Awwabin Time:
Salat al-Awwabin is observed right after Maghrib Salah.
